The UK looks set for a scorcher this weekend and humidity could make the September heatwave feel much hotter than it actually is.
Thursday (September 6) marked the hottest day of the year so far as 32.6C was recorded in Wisley, Surrey, exceeding the previous record of 32.2C from June.
Weather forecasters say there is a chance the record will be broken again on Saturday (September 9) as temperatures are expected to reach 32C again, possibly even 33C.

The Met Office's weather maps pinpoint exactly where the highest temperatures will come on both Saturday and Sunday (September 10).
For Saturday, the national weather agency expects 32C in London and the south-east, 31C in Norfolk, the Midlands and Yorkshire, and 30C on the south coast.
Cardiff can expect 29C and other parts of the country will hover somewhere between 24C and 27C.
The outlook for Sunday is similar with 32C again forecast for London and the south-east. Norfolk and Yorkshire should hit 30C, the Midlands 29C.
The difference between the two days is that conditions will be cooler in northern regions on Sunday. Northern Ireland and Scotland are expecting highs of 21C or 22C.
Humidity and wind conditions will make temperatures feel even warmer than they are throughout the weekend.
According to Netweather's "feels like" data, London will feel more like 36C or 37C at times on Saturday.
Other places that are expected to feel warmer than they are on Saturday are Norwich, Cambridge and Reading at 35C, as well as Southampton, Luton and Leicester at 34C.
Ahead of this weekend, Met Office Chief Meteorologist Steven Ramsdale said: "High pressure is situated to the southeast of the UK, which is bringing more settled conditions and temperatures well above average for the time of year.
"While the highest temperatures are expected in the south, heatwave conditions have already been met for much of England and Wales, with parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland also likely to continue to see some unseasonably high temperatures. "
