Royal fans have blasted Meghan Markle for jokingly shushing children during the Queen's Jubilee celebrations.

The Duchess of Sussex was pictured playfully asking young Savannah Phillips and Mia Tindall to 'shhh' inside Horse Guards Parade during Trooping the Colour.

Not one to miss out, Prince Harry, who was dressed in a black suit, also joined in on the fun which has left some Royal watchers splitting blood.

Since the couple's infamous Oprah interview in 2021, many fans of the Royal family have been incredibly vocal in their distrust of the pair.

In addition, Prince Harry's heavily touted future tell-all memoir has set fans' nerves on edge for fear it could embarrass the Firm again.

Taking to Twitter, one staunch Royalist roared: "So much irony in this picture of Meghan Markle telling anyone to be quiet when she can not even control her own mouth."

Another took umbrage with the same gesture, calling it priceless: "Meghan Markle telling the younger royals to be quiet. Priceless coming from her."

On the comment section of another news site, the mood was fiercer still.

One account named rather fittingly 'Opinionthatcounts', lamented: "Telling others to be quiet. She should follow her own advice."

Others weren't so kind with one nameless Bot positively shrieking: "Her telling anyone to be quiet! Is she a bigger joker than I thought, or is her neck more brass than I thought?"

"She and her husbands are the ones that need to shush", concluded another faceless account.

It wasn't all bad of course.

Many accounts said Meghan looked 'stunning' and that she had 'stole the show.'

The couple's next engagement at the jubilee is thought to come tomorrow (June 3) when they are set to join a thanksgiving service at St Paul's Cathedral.
