Moment lazy man pulls out gun on someone asking him to return his trolley

A van driver shockingly pulled out a gun when asked to take back his shopping trolley from the car park.

Reddit users have reacted in horror to a video shared on the Public Freakout community, which shows a so-called 'cart narc' running for his life.

The wild clip begins with a man reacting to the sight of a trolley left on the curb of a car park.

"Now that's not where the cart goes sir, come on now," the self-proclaimed cart narc told a motorist.

In a plea for the driver to get out of his van to wheel the trolley back to where it belongs, the narc adds: "I'm giving you a chance to redeem yourself."

The response of "No man I'm good," was not exactly what the trolley vigilante wanted to hear even if it was followed by a polite "have a good day".

He hit back: "How can you be good being a lazy bones?"

The situation escalated and turned ugly however when the cart narc brandished a magnet to slap onto the white vehicle.

With his small dog beside him the trolley dodger warned "don't do it, don't put that sh** on my car" as he reached for a handgun and aggressively cocked it.

Not putting his life on the line for a trolley, the camera holder pointed out "sir, that's a gun" while making a hasty dash across the car park for safety.

He told viewers: "Things are a little more wild out there in Texas, we get that. The cart narcs do not carry because we are a peaceful organisation."

Picking their jaws up from the floor Reddit users rushed to comment on the one minute 17 seconds long video.

A second said: "Van guy is totally in the wrong and would be charged with brandishing and or assault in any sensible society."

"Yeah. I believe this guy started wearing a vest after," a third joked.
