Kate Middleton called William ‘sexy’ in his military uniform, lip reader claims

The Duchess of Cambridge said she finds Prince William "sexy" in his military uniform, a lip reading expert has claimed.

Kate Middleton was caught uttering the cheeky words about her then-boyfriend at her future husband's graduation ceremony from the military academy at Sandhurst in 2006, it is claimed.

The pair married more than four years later in 2011.

Kate attended with her parents Carole and Michael Middleton, and the royals were also there to watch William on his big day.

The lip reader told the Royal Wives documentary on the True Royalty TV channel: "I love him in uniform, he's so sexy."

Kate had not been expected to attended the prestigious event

Some experts claim it is the moment they realise the pair would eventually marry.

Journalist Rebecca English told the Channel 5 documentary William & Kate: Too Good To Be True: "We hadn't expected Kate and her family to turn up, and myself and a number of photographers and journalists were all standing on a press stand together.

"Suddenly out of the corner of her eye we saw Kate and her mother and father being ushered down to the front of the seating.

"I remember turning to the person next to me and saying that's it, it's a done deal. This woman is going to be our future Queen."

Royal expert Victoria Arbiter added: "Suddenly the engagement whispers were starting.

"There was intense pressure on William and Kate, and short of printing the tea towels, everyone had these two walking down the aisle imminently."

William and Kate, both 38, split months after the event at Sandhurst before reuniting a few months after that.

The second in line to the throne proposed during a holiday to Africa in October 2010, telling the world their happy news three weeks later.

The happy couple eventually wed in a glitzy ceremony at Westminster Abbey in April 2011.
