A jealous mum shot her boyfriend and Facebook video-called his other girlfriend while he bled on the floor behind, prosecutors claim.
Rosa Lagrone, 34, reportedly gunned down Darnell Manns, 27, in a Chicago suburb in the US during a row over the other woman.
He was left hospitalised with a bullet lodged in his spine and died days later.
The mum-of-five has been charged with attempted murder but now faces a murder charge after he died.
Prosecutors say they argued on October 30 at a home in Naperville, and he tried to pack his bags to move out but she shot him once at 2.15pm.
The bullet went through his arm and lodged in his spine, the Chicago Tribune reported.
She then used his Facebook account to call the other woman.
A video is said to show him on the ground in a pool of blood while someone off-screen – presumably Lagrone – kicks him at least twice.

After the shooting, she reportedly called a relative and asked them to pick up four of her kids – aged six, 10, 13, and 14 – who were in a car outside.
She allegedly said: "You have to come get the kids right now. I’m going to jail for the rest of my life."
Prosecutors say the children heard rowing but no gunshot.
Police officers later recovered the gun and ammunition.
She told investigators her gun went off accidentally, according to DuPage County Assistant State’s Attorney Mandy Meindl.
Lagrone, who reportedly has an 18-year-old too, is being held on a $1.5million (£1.1million) bond.
She could face life in prison if convicted of attempted murder and is also charged with aggravated battery involving a firearm and aggravated domestic battery.
