FIVE people have been injured in a stabbing at supermarket in Dunedin, New Zealand, according to local media reports.
Three people are in a critical condition after the incident at a Countdown supermarket in Dunedin, on the South Island.
Police told the Otago Daily Times “several people have been injured”.
A St John spokesman confirmed five people were injured, three of whom are in critical condition.
They have been taken to the city’s hospital.
Police confirmed a man was arrested at 2.35pm local time (3.35am GMT).
